Booking and rates

The conditions specific to each rate (cancellation, prepayment, guarantee) are shown in the booking engine before the order is confirmed. They form part of these terms and conditions.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have no right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
